You and your spouse, if married or partner if cohabitating, must attend a 120-minute timeshare sales presentation with the Offering Developer and meet the eligibility requirements identified below. As part of participating in this offer, you will join us while enjoying everything your vacation destination has to offer. You will learn about a world of vacations you never knew existed, including a flexible points system with our vacation program. There is no obligation to purchase.

Normal travel expenses such as transportation, airfare, meals, parking ($0-$78), resort fees ($0-$44) and room incidentals are not included. Nightly room taxes ($7-$75) are due at time of booking. Verifiable Retail Value ($437-$1,697). YOU MUST PAY $299 IN ORDER TO USE OR RECEIVE THIS ITEM.

Groups are not allowed to participate in this offer at the same time. No pets allowed. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer. Travel must be completed by the offer Expiration date. Reservations are subject to availability. Void where prohibited by law.

Eligibility:

Non-Owner Eligibility: This promotional offer is available to individuals meeting financial eligibility requirements who are 28 or older with full-time employment or 60+ and fully retired. Minimum annual household income may be required where financial eligibility requirements are not met. All promotional offers are subject to continued eligibility verification. Eligibility may be reviewed at the time of booking and again prior to travel. If a guest no longer meets the qualification requirements associated with the promotional offer, Wyndham reserves the right to cancel the reservation and issue a refund of all amounts paid for the package. Wyndham is not responsible for expenses incurred in connection with travel arrangements, including but not limited to airfare, transportation, lodging, or other related costs, if a reservation is cancelled due to eligibility requirements. Additional eligibility standards may apply and may affect participation in marketing offers.

Owner Eligibility: This promotional offer is available to Owners in good standing who meet financial eligibility requirements. Promotional offer nights cannot be added to a reservation booked through your Ownership.
