You and your spouse, if married or partner if cohabitating, must attend a 120-minute timeshare sales presentation with the Offering Developer and meet the eligibility requirements identified below.

Non-Owner Eligibility: This promotional offer is available to individuals meeting financial eligibility requirements who are 28 or older with full-time employment or 60+ and fully retired. Minimum annual household income may be required where financial eligibility requirements are not met.

Owner Eligibility: This promotional offer is available to Owners in good standing who meet financial eligibility requirements. Promotional offer nights cannot be added to a reservation booked through your Ownership.

General Eligibility: You, and your spouse if applicable, must be able to read, write, and speak English. Guests who are showing signs of intoxication may not attend the presentation. Travel + Leisure Co. employees are ineligible. Please bring a valid photo ID and a major credit card to check-in at your presentation. For U.S. residents please bring a valid U.S. government issued photo ID. International (Canadian) guests please bring a valid passport. For purposes of attending the sales presentation, Wyndham provides appropriate auxiliary aids or services for individuals with hearing, speech, or vision impairments. Requests should be made upon arrival at tour reception.

How It works: Purchase your getaway today and enjoy up to 12 months to travel from your purchase date. After purchasing online, a vacation reservations specialist will call you to go over your preferred dates and hotel options. Or, call our vacation reservations specialists to reserve dates, choose your hotel and schedule your presentation. Then, plan how you will explore your destination and pack your bags. Enjoy your vacation, learn about Club Wyndham and receive your getaway extra! Hotel accommodations will: be at a Wyndham property or comparable a local area hotel, be rated three stars or higher, sleep two adults and two children under the age of 18. Upgrade opportunities are available subject to availability.

Rescheduling fees after your travel dates are confirmed with a vacation specialist, a $19.95 date change fee applies to any arrival date changes. Changes made within 14 days from arrival or less will be subject to a $75 change fee. Failure to arrive on your scheduled arrival date will result in the cancellation of your reservation, an additional $150 no show fee, and forfeiture of the offer price and benefits of the offer. If you stay in the accommodations and do not attend or qualify for the presentation, you will be charged an additional $150 fee per night for the number of nights stayed, unless prohibited by law.

Restrictions and Limitations: You must allow 30 days between timeshare sales presentations. Reservations are subject to availability. Normal travel expenses such as transportation, airfare, meals, parking, resort fees and room incidentals are not included. Nightly room taxes are due at time of booking. Groups are not allowed to participate in this offer at the same time. No pets allowed. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer. Travel must be completed by the offer Expiration date.
